We can’t wait to move with you! Here are a few things to know before you arrive:
Grippy socks are required for all classes (safety first!). We have some for sale at the studio.
Bring water to stay hydrated
Please arrive 10 minutes early so you have time to get settled
There’s street parking available near the studio, but note: there’s ongoing construction in the area, so we recommend giving yourself a little extra time to find parking
To help create a calm and focused space, we kindly ask that phones stay outside the reformer room

The Press Pilates is a boutique studio offering expertly guided Pilates sessions in a warm, welcoming environment. We specialize in small-group reformer classes and private sessions, all designed to help you build strength, improve posture, and feel your best with a low impact workout.

Absolutely! We welcome all experience levels, and our small group classes are a great way to get started—our instructors offer guidance throughout. That said, if you’re looking for extra one-on-one attention or want to ease in at your own pace, a Private Intro Session is a great option too

Our classes are 50 minutes long. That’s the perfect amount of time to move intentionally, strengthen your body, and leave feeling refreshed.

Wear comfortable workout clothing that allows you to move freely. Grippy socks are required for both safety and hygiene — and yes, we have ones available for purchase in-studio.

We're located in the heart of Downtown Sumner at 1002 Main Street, Sumner WA 98390.

There is street parking located around the studio. Please allow yourself extra time while construction is happening around the area.

Booking is easy — we will have a reserve page once our schedule goes live in a few weeks. Stay tuned for booking updates!

Yes! We will be hosting private a duet sessions once we open our doors mid-September.

Cancel 4+ hours before class: Credit is returned to your account.
Cancel less than 4 hours before class or no-show: A $20 fee will be charged.
No refunds are given after class begins.

Cancel anytime in person, or by email with 7 days’ notice, 2 billing cycles must be completed before cancellation.

Yes! You may pause your membership once per calendar year for 2 weeks to 1 month. During this time, you won’t be charged or able to take classes.

Classes do not roll over to the next month.

You’ll be charged the day you purchase your membership for your first month. Your next charge won’t occur until one month after your first class.
For example, if your first class is on September 23rd, your next payment will be October 23rd, and billing will continue monthly on the 23rd moving forward.
